Disappointing and bottom of the barrel quality

First and foremost, the structure of this company is poor. Their communication with clients is terrible and their English is far from conversational. In the beginning I was told that my vehicle would be picked up on a Tuesday, of which they failed to communicate that it was actually going to be picked up later in the week. Secondly, I was then told that my vehicle would be here on a Saturday. The next day i'm told it's on Sunday between the hours of 2 and 6. And then on the day of drop off i'm told it would be dropped off at a later date. The logistical nature of this company is piss poor quality and they have poor ratings for a reason. Avoid them. Avoid disappointment.
