I found Klein Logistics through a broker. This was second time transporting a car and I all I can say is that I will never again go with any other company other than Klein Logistics. I have dealt with poor service from other companies, but their service was beyond satisfactory. My driver picked up my car promptly, assuring me a week ahead that he would do his very best to conform to my tight scheduling and that I need not stress. They picked up the car on my first available day and delivered it safely and promptly the next week (5 days!!!). My driver stayed in contact with me, answering and addressing any concerns and questions I may have had. The drivers are extremely friendly, knowledgable and clearly care for their customers' vehicles. I have to get my car transported a few more times in the coming years and I am greatly relieved to know that I have my go-to transport company: Klein Logistics. I would absolutely recommend them if you are not working on a flexible schedule and need to get the job done efficiently and safely. They are awesome!
