Kagi Trucking Company was very unprofessional They did not relay correct information to me. At no time did they inform me that the car would not be delivered directly to the drop off place. They sent a text message saying "Hi, your vehicle is ready for pick up at.....Pls be here before 8am. Thanks." (this was after I had spoken with the contact person at Kagi and arranged for a delivery time more convenient for THEM rather for the requested drop off time.)
The drivers were very personable but again, they did not have the information needed and seemed to rely on me for most information.
