Jay is amazing when it comes to shipping a car. He will make you understand EVERY point in the process, make you feel like you are involved, and keep you up to date on the status. We talked on Sunday (7/17) about changing my drop off location to one that is more convenient and we had the car picked up and in my driveway, Wednesday (7/20) - Jay is amazing at what he does and FUNNY TOO .. What an amazing experience. I will only use Jay for car shipping needs from here on out. He is a must to use.
