Most of my competitors work bankers hours. When the truck drivers get off the road and call for loads - half of my competitors miss those calls. I try to answer ever call to my office between 9am and 9pm EST. This makes a big difference when it comes to my ability to fulfill order. Truckers do not work bankers hours - neither should I.
