From the initial phone call to retrieve an estimate until the vehicle arrived at the destination port, Jay walked me through the entire process and broke down how simple the process was, as well as when, who, where, and why to call/interact with each individual responsible for different segments of the transport. I was incredibly pleased with Jay's knowledge and professionalism on the move as well as his willingness to answer and questions and satisfy any questions/comments/concerns i had even beyond normal business hours. I would highly recommend Jay's Auto Transport to anyone looking to relocate their vehicle and I will be using Jay's Auto Transport the next time I need to move my vehicle!

Justin: thank you for the nice review. Many customers don't realize that I can handle the whole trip to Hawaii. The company that puts your car on their ship gives me a discount for bringing my customers to their port. This discount enables me to save my customers even more. The fact that I can make a seamless transfer from the truck to the port without your being there - makes the whole process go even smoother for you. I can bring vehicles to any one of the major ports all over Hawaii.
