Incompetent lying truck driver. Plus Their is no honesty in dealing with these people as they will not admit to any damage while the car was transported by them..My BMW was inspected in San Diego with a "clean bill of health" Prior to it's pick up by JP Transport.
Only alternative is to take them to Court.

I am sorry that things like this happen, Sometimes customers drop there vehicles at tow yards because we can not meet everyones deadline. As int his case, Charles dropped his vehicle at Road 1. When he dropped the car it did have aclean bill of health. But upon pick up it was marked on our BOL with dmage. Again I am sorry this happened, but it has nothing to do with my company.
