The owner of the Largo based company called me personally due to discrepancies with the contract that was signed between them and the broker. Unfortunately I was given two documents from the broker with two different guaranteed delivery dates. The driver wanted to deliver my vehicle past the guaranteed date and I informed the driver, broker and the owner that the contract clearly states the guaranteed delivery date and a penalty of $395.00 off the 990.00 that I was originally paying. The owner of this company began yelling and raising his voice at me on the phone. I could not explain to him that there had been a mix up with the broker's paperwork and I wanted to talk to the broker because he was yelling through the phone. I put him on speaker so my husband could hear. He threatened me and said I didn't know who I was dealing with. He said I had better pay the driver the full 990.00 when he arrived at night (which the contract also states the car needed to be delivered in day light for inspection of the car) or I would never see my car again. He was screaming at me through the phone and said he would put my car in storage, would put a lean on it, and he was going to sell my car if I did not pay the full amount. When I tried to calm him down and talk reasonably to him, he yelled over me and said I could only tell him yes or no as to whether or not I want my car and will abide by what he said. I was completely flabbergasted that I was getting threatened by this person. He said "you better make up your mind lady if you want your car!" and told me I only had a limited time to call him back and give him an answer. He also challenged me to call the police and the FBI. WTF?! I am not looking to screw over anyone. In fact, I paid the highest price package for guaranteed delivery dates and for good and decent customer service. Although I did not choose this carrier, the broker did, I think this owner needs to be doing something else and not dealing with people. I didn't pay top dollar to be harassed and threatened by anyone. Don't ever trust this company unless you want to be abused. UNPROFESSIONAL! SCARY!

I am not sure what happened here, Other than the fact that a broker will tell you anything to get your money. brokers have contract that ask for credit card payment prior to pick up of vehicle and transporters do not. The contract she singed with the broker was at no time ever signed nor seen by me or my staff. As for the owner screaming at this poor women, I can only apologize on behalf of our company.
