Wonderful Customer Service and Incredible People!

My review relates to the JR's Transporting that is run by a husband and wife out of Georgia. I have shipped my car along the same route twice before and both times were a nightmare to deal with. However, this company charged me two hundred dollars less, was precisely on-time, and was wonderful to work with! They called often to make sure the timing was still convenient for me and even called afterwards to make sure I was still satisfied with the service they provided. I actually became friends with one of the owners because she was such a pleasure to deal with.

I reviewed dozens of quotes, all of which were hundreds of dollars more than what this company charged, and dealt with a slew of sleazy dealers who could not promise me a pickup/delivery date and failed to return my phone calls. For whatever reason, this industry seems to be saturated with untrustworthy characters. However, with this company you can rest easy knowing that your car will arrive in top condition, on time, and for a very reasonable price. I truly cannot recommend these people more highly.
