J R's Transporting from Jesup,GA carried my car for another company. Too often, the carrier is not given enough credit for transporting vehicles and they are the executing agency for the satifaction of the customer. J R's Transporting , once they were identified as the transporter, kept me informed of the time of pickup, the location of where they were prior to pickup of the vehicle, and the progress they were making along the travl route. Once the vehicle was picked up in CT, they were in contact with me as they progressed from CT down the east coast. Once they were in NC they called me to let me know when the vehicle was to arrive. When they were entering SC, they let me know when they were crossing the border. They also let me know when they were exiting I-95 on to I-26 which allowed me plenty of time to get to my home to recieve the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, it was in the shape, and as clean as it was when I had left it! It was unloaded with ease and they were professional and congenial. They have a personal touch as a family team. Since I have had 4 other brokers arrange shipping for me, I know quality in a carrier/shipper when I see it. This was the most pleasure I have had when I had to pay money for a vehicle transport. J R's Transporting from Jesup,GA is the first one that I will call the next time I have a vehicle to ship.
