Better Business Bureau doesn't mean crap, company rated (A). Paid on Feb 12 2010, vehicle was supposed to be picked up in 7 days, and dropped 7 days from then. Was told I would have contact with driver,NEVER HAPPENED. After 9 days of hearing NOTHING, called and was given every excuse in the book, Marcus Moran would not return calls and would screen calls as to not answer if I called from my cell or office. I had a friend from another state call, and guess what? he anwered the phone every time. I had to find another carrier to transport my vehicle, and still have not recieved my full refund. Excuse after excuse, beware of this liar that will not answer direct questions, and is VERY VERY shady. I had to file a complaint with the BBB, and still have not recieved my refund.
