I lost $100.00 with another company so I could sign with Interstate Auto Movers because they said they had a driver that would pick up my car in 4 days . On the due date they said the driver blew a transmission and that they would dispatch a second truck to pick up . After 3 weeks of waiting and excuses that because my car was in a remote area they were having trouble to find a driver . My original quote was $1260.00 then it was raised to $1559.99 and by the time I signed it was $1600.00 . They knew the exact location of the car when I got the quote . Now I found another company that is finally moving my car Interstate Auto Movers is going to keep $150.00 of my deposit .I would not recommend this company if you want a vehicle moved .

False, this customers vehicle was dispatched twice. The first truck was canceled due to a mechanical failure ( not our fault ). The customer then offered 100 more, and we were immediately able to assign it to a second driver and get him on the way for pick up. The customer did not tell us and went ahead and started working with another company at a "lower" rate and canceled with us. The customer was such a pain in the bottom we gave him a full refund and he did a charge back as well, which was later reversed in our favor. MG
