Patrick Murphy was the driver of the transport and we found him to be straight forward, honest, sense of humor, and kept us abreast of the issues that were causing the delay in delivery. His transport broke down and was not drivable for several days. He was in an area where cell phone was spotty so he had his wife contact me to keep me abreast of the situation.
