I was promised by Chris and Andrew at Honored Logistics that my vehicle would arrive to NJ on time. Not only did it not arrive on time but it was not even picked up. They strung me along telling me the driver was on his way and would call. I never received that call from a driver or from Honored Logistics. I was told by other companies in the industry that a company should not charge your credit card UNLESS they have secured a driver. Well, in my case they charged my card immediately after we ended our phone call and now refuse to give me my money back. Sara, the office .... ! told me that I cannot get my money back and that I signed a contract stating that you cannot file a charge back with your credit card company within 15 days. What does this actually mean.... they are trying to tell you that no matter what they say to you over the phone doesn't mean shit. So, in conclusion learn from my mistake.
