I was trying to transport my car from florida to new york during a time of the year where thousands of other people are doing the same exact thing, so it was difficult to get the car to new york for a reasonable price. Capt Mark was very helpful and honest, he would tell me exactly what was going on and lay out my options for me. The vehicle was picked up a week after my first available date, but that was not really Capt Marks fault; he had already set up a ride with a transport company but then they called and claimed the truck was broken down, so it set me back. Capt Mark set me up with a new truck driver and was also extremely accommodating with my time constraints. I had to leave florida before my car was picked up, and capt Mark made sure that my car was safely placed on the truck while i was gone. I'd definitely use Honest Auto Movers again!

Thanks for your kind words Meghan. I call it HONEST Auto Movers because my very first thought was the driver that broke down didn't really break down but rather found a much higher-paying load after booking with us. I did however speak with the shop that was servicing the truck to CONFIRM the truck actually did break down. The driver actually helped me to find his replacement to my surprise.
