Mark was very informative and his communication was top notch. I was having a vehicle I just purchased shipped from FL to OH and it needed to be on an enclosed truck with a lift gate. We didn't realize we needed a lift gate until one truck was sent and the car was too low to get on a standard enclosed carrier. Throughout all of this he kept me updated both by email and phone.

I was most impressed with how fast he found a carrier for me even though it didn't end up working out (niether of our fault). I had spoke with Mark initially at about noon that day and he called me back within 2 HOURS!! with a truck lined up. The truck was at my vehicle early the next morning, and this is when we discovered we would definitely need a lift gate carrier. His communication was excellent throughout this entire process.

I ended up deciding to pick up the car myself simply because these lift gate carriers are few and far between and the chances of finding one in the area just depends. He explained all this to me and was up front about it, and said he would continue to look for me anyway.

So I had already made hotel and flight reservations, and the next day Mark called and had found a truck already. I told him I already made plans and was going to turn the trip into a little mini vacation. He was cool about everything and refunded my $125 that same day and it showed up back on my card the next.

All in all Honst Auto Movers' service was excellent, and everything Mark said he was going to do he did. Even though this particular move didn't work out I would use this service next time. If I had decided to still have the car shipped it would have been at my door approx. 8-10 days from our initial conversation (Not bad for the limited number of lift gate trucks there are out there). It would have been approx. 4-6 days had the car been able to fit on the first standard carrier.

Sometimes you see poor reviews on this site, but a lot of people don't understand how this process works and all the variables which can play a role. Mark explained the process to me and these variables, and no he is not compensating me to leave a good review. I consider myself better educated after this experience and to me that is better than money. Thanks again to Mark and Honest Auto Movers.

Vinny, Thanks so much for your kind words and BEST REFERENCE Ever received! I do have to admit that finding the lift gate truck that fast was very lucky. Even I advised you that it could take over a week (not a day) and talked you into buying a plane ticket and enjoying the driver home. Who knew I'd get it over night - lol.
