Trying to find an auto transport company is very overwhelming. So I decided to look in my own home state to make it easier on me. I found Hilton Auto transport and saw the excellent reviews. I also noticed it is a family owned business which was a plus from the start. So I called for my quote. I spoke with Nichole who was very energetic and enthusiastic. We discussed what I needed and the distance of transport that my vehicle needed. Now, mind you a few times I looked into shipping my Yukon across country and I knew it would not be cheap. So, with this in mind, I kinda knew what to expect. So when Nichole quoted me $1000 and said lets give this a go I was very excited. I knew it may not happen for that price but was very hopeful. I also knew in the back of my mind I had a week or so to spare. I believe that having more time was what helped me get what I needed. Nichole called back within a few days and had a driver lined up for the day I wanted and the price quoted. I was beyond grateful and happy. In the mean time, I looked into other companies to see what they could quote me. I heard quotes upwards of $1350! Ouch, I knew that was way out of my budget. The reason these companies said it would be so high was due to the pick up location in Va Beach. Which I guess is understandable. So as you can imagine, when Nichole called back so quickly with the good news, I was beyond relieved and very pleased. My yukon was picked up on time and delivered to me 2 days earlier than I expected. Nichole was in contact with me the whole time. She was very kind, efficient and professional. My car arrived as it should have in perfect condition, no problems what so ever. They delivery guys were very nice as well. I will definitely use Hilton Auto in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Nichole for the great customer service!!!
