This is the second time I have shipped a car and I have to say in my experience dealing with shipping cars Nichole was the most professional, courteous, friendly, and simply amazing. Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and though we the car was was picked up a day later than I originally scheduled, she was prompt in calling me and email letting me know of the schedule change as soon as she found out so that I could make arrangements accordingly.

Outside of the fact she beat every other competitors price by $200, there were no compromises. The biggest take away was how attentive Nichole was to my scheduling requirements and how comfortable she made me shipping my 2010 VW GTI across the country. The truck driver I had spoke was also very friendly and courteous, providing schedule updates. The car arrived safe with no damage whatsoever.

Hilton is the way to go and plan to do business with them next time I ship a vehicle in addition to recommending them to family and friends!
