I contacted Nichole on Monday to ship my 2001 Nissan from California to Indiana. She got right to work on it and early the next day she called to say the car would be picked up on Wednesday and that I would contacted by the driver on Tuesday with the time for pick up. Nichole was extremely helpful and kept me informed as to what was happening. I was contact by the dispatcher later Tuesday and asked if the car was ready for pick up and if they could pick it up that night instead of Wednesday, which they did. I was told the car would be delivered Friday morning and to be honest I didn't think that would happen. However the car was delivered to the destination at 8:00 AM Friday morning as promissed. The recipient called to let me know the car was delivered and was in excellent condition with absolutely no damage of any kind.
