Nicole was very helpful. I had never shipped a car before but she answered all my questions. The car was picked up when she said it would be. After reading many of the reviews of other companys, I was worried about the car getting there in time. In fact, the car got there early. The car was shipped to my son who was not even there yet but Hilton was extremely helpful in working out a pick up of the car - it worked perfectly. Now, I have to ship the car back and I called them right away. I highly recommend them. They work with you, the car gets there in great shape, the service was excellent. It is easy to reach them and they are very responsive to phone calls. Thanks Hilton!
