On 11/15/07 made contact with Paul Chambers at Highline Transport and made full payment by credit card of $995.00 to transport vehicle from MA to TX. He told me that he had a driver near by and could have the vehicle picked up on 11/17 and no later than 11/19. I was told by Paul that I would be receiving a call from the driver shortly to make the arrangements. 11/19 came and went and never heard from the driver so I called Paul and never could get an answer as they have some sort of loop on their phone system that no matter what selection you pick the same options come up again. I sent a fax and email and received an email back from a Hunter Michaels on 11/26/07 that the vehicle would be picked up and a driver was finally assigned. The vehicle was finally picked up on 11/27 and started it journey to TX. On or about 12/3/07 I called the driver to see where he was along the route and to make arrangements for someone to meet him since I would be out of town. At that time, the driver told me that he had still not been paid by Highline and that he couldn't deliver the car without payment. I tried calling, faxing & emailing Highline about the payment and never heard from them. I made arrangements with the driver to pay for his services if he would deliver the vehicle. Upon arrival on 12/4/07, I paid him $850.00 for his services. 2 days later the driver calls me and says he received a check from Highline. He told me he voided the check and sent it back to Highline. I faxed a letter to Highline and requested a refund of the $850.00 I had to pay the driver to release the vehicle. To this date, I have not received a refund, email, fax or phone call from them. They are criminals and scammers. I just hired an attorney to help me collect and plan on filing a complaint with the district attorney's office in hopes of stopping these thiefs.

WE CHARGED HIS CARD BACK. HE WAS NOT HONEST ABOUT THE LOCATION OF THE VEHICLE. A DRIVE WAS SENT OUT AND MARTIN DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. SENT ANOTHER CARRIER OUT AND THE CAR WAS INOP. FUTHERMORE, WE CHARGED HIS CARD BACK.
