I contacted Highline Transport on Nov. 19th to bring a repo from CA.to GA. I talked to Paul and he said that he had the best service and the car will be in GA within the next 7 days. I gave Dena my credit car imformation. All paid in full. I did not hear from no one so I called them on Dec. 3rd to find out where my car was. I was told it was put on hold because they did not recive payment. I told them I gave them all credit card imformation already but they wanted it again. I got my bill stating that the payment was recieved but it showed I was charged twice. They stated the car would be shipped within 7 days to me. I called them today to find out what is going on and got their answering machine stating they will be closed until Jan. 08 due to maintance and the winter storms in the midwest. I even emiled them and got the same reply. I am going to call the better business beaur of Houston and find out what is going on wtih them. I would like everyone to know Paul Chambers lied to me and charged my credit card and did not delivere my car. Do not use this company. They are a scam company. If you would like to contact me you can email me at Budainga@bellsouth.net.

THE CLIENT WAS NOT RIPPED OFF. HE WANTED HIS CAR DISCOUNTED. HIGHLINE EXPAINED TO HIM THAT IF THE QUOTE WAS REAJUSTED IT COULD TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. HE GOT UPSET AND WE CHARGED HIS CARD BACK AFTER TWO WEEKS. WE HAVE TRANSPORTED OVER 18 THOUSAND CARS IN 2007. WE CANT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY BUT WE TRIED.
