Bought my car on 11/22/2013 car was delivered one week later. Its less than a four hour drive from Wichita Kansas to Kansas City Missouri. Transporter told me he didn't receive the work order until 11/28/2013 6 days later. I encountered a 50 storage fee which a haul match representative said I would be reimbursed for. After calling and being put on hold and promised a call back from someone. A month later I was told I wasn't entitled to be reimbursed for a storage fee because the four business day promised pick up starts on Monday even though my paperwork was received at 3:33 pm Friday. They said Friday didn't count as a business day because there office closes at 4:30. So since they wanted to wait to dispatch there drivers at the last minute. It cost me 50 dollars. And they were closed on Thanksgiving so I received my car a week later. Below is a copy and paste of my order status.
