Haulmatch Let Me Down

I purchased a salvage vehicle at an insurance auction yard in Byron Center MI (suburb of Grand rapids). Vehicle was paid for and delivery ordered thru Haulmatch.com the next business day (12-26-12) for $732. After two weeks the auction service began calling, late fees were adding up at $25 per day, already owed over $100. I called Haulmatch on 1-6-13, they said the car should be picked up by Friday. I waited until Monday the 21st, and called back. They stated they still could not find a driver. I waited until the 17th, three weeks and two days after my order and cancelled my order. Had to haul a trailer for a 1700 mile round trip to pick up my car, as late fees were now over $400 and the auction yard was getting ready to decare my car abandoned. Haulmatch never called me, customer service was terrible, could not be less impressed with this scam of a company. Do not use, find someone reputable who will deliver. Waiting over three weeks to not have your vehicle picked up is unaccecptable.
