These people are unprofessional and very rude, I would not recommend anyone use them. They are scammers and liars. They shipped my car 4 days after they picked it up. They gave me fake numbers with workers pretending to be my driver with fake stories, so I would think my car was on the way. They give you a contract then throw in extra fees and things that aren't included in the contract.There is no update on your car and they are very condescending when you ask questions. When I asked for an update they told me their not babysitters. Not to mention I got my car back and it was a different color because it was so dirty and damaged. They refuse to pay for it and claim the damages aren't covered under their contract. Once again that information is not listed in the contract. An absolute nightmare.
