Very happy with selection of Driver

The most important thing for me was to have car delivered by careful and respectful driver. Jim at Waynes Auto Transport took good care of my car. The car arrived late in the evening and I could not export my car to Canada immediately. The garage that I had made arrangements with to store the car was closed. Jim knew where the owner of the garage lived and delivered it to his home. If I had one complaint about Jim, it would have liked more notice of when car was to arrive since I had to make arrangements to get a tow dolly (I was not informed that the car had yet been picked up so I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was being delivered on time). This would not deter me from using Waynes Auto Transport again; in fact, I would highly recommend them.

It was raining when I picked up the car so I can't complain about it being dirty.

Gold Star promised to find someone they would use to move their own vehicle. I was happy with their selection. They were difficult to get a hold of at times. I asked them not to arrange pickup until after seller rec'd his money. When both seller and I tried to inform Gold Star that they could arrange for pickup, we couldn't get a hold of them. It is possible that an earlier pickup and delivery was possible. Again since I was so happy with the driver, this wasn't really a problem.
