I had done a lot of research in looking for a transport company. The one that responded in the most personal and non pressuring way was Gold Star. Bruce Augusto was the sales person. He was terrific. I requested a quote online and Bruce called to get some info, sent the quote and then followed up to see if I had any questions. He never pressured me. Once I decided on Gold Star to do the transport, Bruce took care of details extremely quickly. I needed the car on a certain day and Bruce assured me with me making the order soon enough, he could take care of me. And he did. He made sure whatever carrier took my car was going to get it to me as requested. I really liked that I was assured there would be one driver the whole time and my car would never change from one truck to another.
Everything worked just as Bruce had said it would. I knew from talking to him that he would be a man of his word and he proved me right. Gold Star is first class.
I highly recommend them and just know you will be totally taken care of. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
