Overcharges

I have no complaints on the services rendered. My issue is with the billing dept. I had two vehicles transported which were all paid for in full and delivered. One week later while checking my credit card statement I noticed an extra $195.00 charge from Global Auto Transport. I called them all day trying to get someone to resolve the issue only to be transferred and put on hold for 22:43 then finally disconnected. The last time that day I called I was told call back tomorrow because there was not anyone there who could help me. I would STRONGLY suggest not giving this company any credit card or banking info. They are very quick to charge their fees to your card without delay but, now that I have been overcharged it is like pulling teeth to get my money back. I have been forced to go directly through my credit card company in hopes to get back money that belongs to me. USE CAUTION
