I coordinated my transport with Global auto several weeks before my pick up was scheduled, paid the security deposit and was told to wait 48 hours before my pick up day for my driver to call me. When less than 24 hours hit I got a little nervous and called them, they were oblivious that my driver had not called me and told me they would call me back-never did. I called again and they said my driver has 48 hours to get my car and he will call me in the morning. The following day I did not hear from the driver, I called the company and they said they would call him and then get back to me. This interaction happened 3 more times this day..the company NEVER called me back and when I finally got ahold of someone they said they were looking for a back up driver and would get back to me in 2-3 hours (give them time for rescheduling ect). I obliged and even waited until the next day and still no word, no driver and no plans to transport my car. Safe to say this company does not care about their customers at ALL and has no respect for their travel plans/worries. They left my car stranded with no explanation or back up plan. I would never recommend them to anyone their customer service was terrible and their car transport service seems non-existent.
