THis is not how any of our clients are treated. i will look into this immediately and make sure its rectified. We transport over 10,000 cars a year and have 1000's of refrences across the country. Being family owned we pride ourselves on doing everything on the up and up, its very important to us everyone is happy. Unfortunately we dont live in a perfect world so far and few in between we may have a unhappy client but will exhaust all efforts to make sure we make it right. No deposit is charged until a driver is assigned. All refunds are submitted when we have a cancellation from the customer or the driver. Again I will look into this imediately. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
