FRAUD!!!

My husband and I were on a very tight schedule. The first company we originally booked couldn’t find a driver at the very last moment, after booking it a month ahead. I decided to get quotes from different companies and ended up receiving a call from David Pein from Get It Done Transportation. David Pein gave me a quote and promised me a pick up for Friday, which was 5 days away. I decided to go on ahead and locked in his quote. I gave David Pein my credit card information to place the reservation, he took down the information and said he will email me the drivers information asap. Two hours went by and I never received an email but did receive a call from him saying “my card was declined” I gave him that same credit card number that was approved. He stated once again he has a driver for Friday pick up and he will email me the information. Once he got an approval from my credit card I never heard from him nor received his email regarding any driver. I gave him a whole day and I still didn’t hear from David Pein or anyone from Get It Done Transportation. As the pick up day was getting close I still didn’t get any information. After emailing, texting and calling him a few times I didn’t get any response. After snooping around I noticed he had a tracking page with orders information, it showed my information but it doesn’t show any pick up time, date or drivers information. I screenshot that information and emailed it to David Pein. After seeing that email he finally responded and told me all this bs. I gave up and was super pissed and decided to cancel my reservation. After deciding to cancel he promised me again he has a driver for Friday and will get the information out to me in an hour, 30 min went by and David Pein came up with some excuse and said he will try his best to find a driver if not he promised to refund the $150, the $150 he took out without even mentioning that they charge some type of $150 fee before even having our vehicle picked up. I told him to not bother and just refund my money. In his email he stated he will refund my $150 ASAP, it’s been 12 days and I still haven’t received anything. I emailed him regarding the refund and haven’t received any response, I still haven’t heard from him. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THIS MAN. I will be reporting him to internet fraud in a few days if I do not receive my $150. My bank said it should take up to 15 days if David Pein did refund it like he said. Once that 15 days is up, i will report him to IC3, Internet crime complaint center. David Pein, Get it Done Transportation is a FRAUD!!! He will take your money without even mentioning over the phone that they take a deposit or whatever it is first and you will never hear from him again!

THis is not how any of our clients are treated. i will look into this immediately and make sure its rectified. We transport over 10,000 cars a year and have 1000's of refrences across the country. Being family owned we pride ourselves on doing everything on the up and up, its very important to us everyone is happy. Unfortunately we dont live in a perfect world so far and few in between we may have a unhappy client but will exhaust all efforts to make sure we make it right. No deposit is charged until a driver is assigned. All refunds are submitted when we have a cancellation from the customer or the driver. Again I will look into this imediately. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
