After working with another company for 10 days and still not having a pick up time for a car I was shipping from Arizona to Washington, I called David Mein of GetItDoneTransportation.net. I was blown away by the service. A truck and driver was assigned to me within 15 minutes after my call. My car was picked up later the same afternoon, and delivered the next night after a 2100 mile run. When I met with the trucker, I was equally impressed. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. GetItDone is a family-owned business and wow, did the family values show through in my experience with them! As the owner said to me, when you feed your family through your success, you work harder and provide better service than anyone else. From my experience, it is easy for people to say they have great service, are honest, and get the job done. But, the proof is always in the DOING, not the SAYING. Thank you GetItDone Family for demonstrating that you truly are the best! You turned my 10-day frustration into a complete satisfaction in a matter of 15 minutes. I will never use another company. You can also be assured, I will share my experience with you with all my friends and acquaintances.
