Needing to move across country I was leery about using a transport company. Contacted David, who set everything up. Day of pick up found out the transport had a clutch issue. Driver called and apologized. I informed David who went right to work on finding a solution as we were flying out the next day. David called the following morning (day of our flight) had another company set up to transport our vehicle. I was very pleased with David's communication and ability to resolve the situation. Great job. The transport company used, actually got us our vehicle 2 days earlier than we were told. I would recommend David and his company Get It Done to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.

Shawn, Thank you for your 5 star honest review. yes, unfortunately from time to time a carrier may have a mechanical issue but we are available 24hrs 7 days a week so when this happens no matter the time or day we get right on it to get a new truck assigned and make sure our clients arent inconvenienced.
