I was told that all shipments were bonded and insured. Garcia's Auto Transport refused to provide me their insurance certification, they had the driver that picked up car provide insurance coverage. Customer service was poor at best. Driver (not an employee of Garcia Auto Transport) was given incorrect phone number of where to pick-up vehicle by Daniel Garcia, as well as an incorrect delivery address. Daniel Garcia would constantly call prior to my hiring them to the point where is it was annoying. Based on the customer interaction, I would not recommend Garcia Auto Transport and will not use them in the future. Driver did a great job in delivering vehicle with no damage,
