I found this company through this rating site and they were the cheapest and had one of the highest customer rating. I couldn't seem to go wrong with that. I also read somewhere that they were not brokers and had their own fleet. I think I may have misunderstood that. Perhaps they have their own fleet, but use that only if their brokered partner does not come through.
Anyway, the car moving service and their customer service were top-notch. In the five-day window for pick-up, they were able to match to the second highest preferenced day. The gentleman that was moving the vehicle, Leon, was extremely professional and flexible to make the handoff work. He took ample pictures to protect both himself and myself should anything have happneed. He was able to get the vehicle to the drop-off point one day before it was scheduled to, which worked out great for me. The driver was always available by phone and I never had a problem reaching him.
Prior to signing up with the company, I had a couple questions for them. They were always avaialble via phone or email with prompt responses.
All-in-all a great experience that did not put any added stress to my move.
