Just wanted to send a sincere shout out and recommendation for Michael from Focus Car Transporters. I just moved from San Diego, CA to Albany, NY and needed to ship two vehicles. At first, I went with another company that I had found on Google, also well reviewed. In the months leading up to the move, they were very responsive and assured me of a smooth process. Yet during the week of the actual move, I did not hear from them at all. I reached out on two occasions asking for a status update and they told me to just be patient. Meanwhile, I was sitting in a hotel with my wife and dog waiting to ship our vehicles before we left. I resorted to Reddit, connected with Michael and the Focus Team and was picked up the following day.
What I also really liked was he stayed in constant communication with me via text regarding everything - payment, updates and I was able to change our pickup and delivery address multiple times due to a complicated move. He was always extremely professional, understanding and reassuring that we'd be taken care of. The vehicles arrived a day earlier than his estimate with a very experienced driver who had them offloaded in minutes. Michael then offers you up to $30 reimbursed for a car wash knowing your vehicles will be dirty.
I 100% recommend Focus and will undoubtedly use them if I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I can't stay enough about how pleased I am!! Thank you again Michael.
