Focus Auto Transport went above and beyond to make my new BMW X6’s transport seamless and the least chaotic possible. The moment my car was released from the dealership, they had a driver ready to pick it up. It was picked up within 15 mins of release and delivered to me promptly. Total delivery time for transport from FL to MA was 3 days. Every other transport company quoted me 5-7 days minimum! Michael remained in constant, but appropriate, contact throughout the entire process. He was informative and accurate with everything he told me. Price was fair- most importantly, price did not change between booking and delivery. Driver arrived when he said he would, and he was respectful and personable upon delivery. Focus Auto Transport also offered me $30 reimbursement for a car wash within the next 60 days!!! I will use this company again and again. 5 stars!!!
