DONT EVER USE FEDERAL EXPRESS AUTO SHIPPING

First of all, this company has nothing to do with FedEx the large shipping company.JASON was very prompt when trying to get the sale and gave a date in which to pick up the car. Originally, the price was $600, but when we requested to pay all on our credit card, JASON stated he found someone in Florida that will do the delivery, but we would have to pay an additional $75.00 for placing all charges on the credit card, so we agreed to pay the additional $75.00 making the total now $675.00. On the day of the schedule pick which was Wednesday, September 16, 2009 the car was not picked up. We called all day, all numbers that were provided, even one number stated it was not available to take calls. Finally, JASON returned the call later that evening and stated they were having phone troubles and the car will be picked up on Thursday, September 17, 2009 and given a number to call the driver which was a bad number. Thank goodness, the driver contacted us and stated that he was told from JASON to pick up the car on Thursday, September 17, 2009. The driver called Sunday evening and stated he would be in Michigan on Monday and will call an hour before he gets to our location and stated it will be $500.00 cash. We stated we paid extra to use our credit card. The driver stated he does not have a credit card machine and he only accepts cash and we need to contact JASON TO GET THIS RESOLVED. OF COURSE WE CALLED ALL MORNING AND DID NOT REACH ANYONE UNTIL NOON ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2009 AND WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO JASON ALL OF A SUDDEN HE IS NO LONGER WORKING FOR THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THEY ONLY PLACE $175 AS A DEPOSIT ON THE CREDIT CARD AND THE REST IS PAID CASH TO THE DRIVER AND NO MATTER WHAT JASON SAID THAT IS THE POLICY AND WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH AND COME UP WITH THE CASH AND HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE SAME PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE WITH NO ACCENT, BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR JASON, ALL OF A SUDDEN AN ACCENT CAME INTO PLACE AND STATED JASON WAS NOT THERE. WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS NAME HE PAUSED AND GAVE A FALSE NAME AS JACK. I STATED I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM AND NEEDED AN ADDRESS, OF COURSE HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, BAIT AND SWITCH, BOTTOM LINE BAD BUSINESS,I GUESS YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET!!! WE HAVE LEARNED A LESSON THAT CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER IT CAN BE A NIGHTMARE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE...ARE THEY REALLY A COMPANY LOOK FURTHER DOWN INTO THEIR AD - A CALL BACK NUMBER IS 888-88-8888 YEAH THAT'S NOT A CALLING NUMBER. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE REVIEWS AND MAKE A REVIEW...IT HELPS EVERYONE!!!!!!
