I originally hired AA Automovers (based out of NJ) who contracted with UI Express (also based out of NJ) to move my vehicle in an open carrier from PA to CA. They quoted me $1100 and took my deposit of $200 and never picked up my car b/c the carrier was broke down in NY. They never refunded me my money and I am currently going thru the BBB to try and get my money back. NEVER use a broker when getting your car moved! I learned my lesson for sure! Yeah the money looks good but i'd rather pay double for no problems whatsoever!

So as far as FedEx goes, THEY ROCK! You get what you pay for and even though the price was higher; the service, quality, and delivery was top notch! They treated my car as if it were a Rolls Royce (I have a 2008 Saab 9-3) ! I was in contact w/ Matthew Haynes at the office and the driver Marek staying in touch with me every other day or so to let me know of his where abouts! I recommend Marek for your transport as his service is worth waiting for!

I will be sending a letter to the company to thank them for their outstanding service! I will definitely be using them again in the future when it's time to go back to PA from CA!
