Excellent experience, communications were a little lacking but everything else was great. The driver, Jim Amen was fantastic. He impressed the man I bought the car from when he picked it up and did the same with me on delivery. My car came wrapped in plastic and Jim used gloves and a towel whenever he was moving the car. The drivers seat was covered with a plastic bag and there was a carpet protector on the floor. Jim was very professional and treated my car with care. If I ship another car I will used Fedex again and ask for Jim personally. My inside contact, Clara was very good also, she took over midway thru the trip after the other woman left the company. She returned my calls and had the information I needed.
