Good delivery but terrible communication skills!!! Maria talked too softly and not clearly. She had a terrible accent. She didn't listen to my questions, mostly ignoring them. When I insisted on an answer she gave me a ridiculous answer like deliver in two(2) weeks. I had to get her to repeat herself three or more times in order to understand anything she said. I would have appreciated a more realistic deliver estimate than two weeks. I tried to explain about my vacation plans during the following week. Her attitude was like she didn't care and wasn't willing to discuss when my vehicle would arrive. Of course on day 3 of my vacation Maria wants to deliver car. Luckily we worked it out but what a HASSLE. I do NOT recommend Maria at Fast and Furious Transport. The actual transport of vehicle from coast-coast was good but commnication was horrible!
