THEY WERE LATE BY 4 DAYS ON PICK UP AND WAS PROMISED DELIVARY ON X MAS DAY SO WE HAD TO PUT OFF OUR PLANS TO GO TO THE FAMILIES SO WE COULD BE HERE CLOSE BY WE NEVER GOT A CALL FROM CARLOS OR ANYONE TELLING US THAT THIS WAS NOT GOING TO BE SHIPPED OF THE LOCATION OF MY TRUCK. THEY HAD TO SUB CONTRACT IT OUT TO AN UN INSURED DRIVER SO I SAY TO YOU WHY DO THIS AGAIN NOW WE ARE ON DAY 3 WITH NO TRUCK AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHERE IT IS OR WHO HAS IT I AM DISCUSTED AND READY TO CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT IT STOLEN MANIGAMENT THERE IS NONE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS NONE EITHER WITH fast auto transport we were on hold for 2 hours to talk to a manager and never got through.
