Horrible Customer Service

Mon. 21, no call no show, so I called again, spoke to “TONY” he put me on hold and said that he will be right back after he found out what was going on. The call went to his answering machine. I had to call back; they said that he was busy. He blew me off again. Now I have lost 3 days, my sister, brother in-law, and there to kids are down to 1 car for over a week. Now they want to raise the “RATE” to get the truck out there, THAT IS NOT RIGHT!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS OR HOW YOU RUN BUSSINESS!!!
