Tommi was very helpful with my questions, never having scheduled this type of shipment before. She explained the way that the system worked and told me how the truckers choose their loads. Mike has been very accessible and prompt in returning phone calls and has been genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. The company that picked up and delivered the vehicle was in contact with both myself and the pick-up location. The gentleman were very courteous and profeesional. I had a 2008 Ford F450 Crew cab Dually picked up in Richmond, Virginia and delivered near Quakertown, PA for just under $700.
