I recently purchased a car on e-bay, and had a need to transport the car from Indiana to California. I purchased the car on the Sunday night before the Thanksgiving week, and was anxious to get the car delivered to me in California. I got quotes from several Transport Carriers, and chose Express Auto Transport because they were competitive in price and seemd eager for the business. Originally I was going to transport the car in an open carrier, but the incremental cost for an enclosed carrier was reasonable, so I chose for the extra protection an enclosed carrier offered. I contacted Express Auto Transport on Monday to make the arrangements, they jumped into action immediately and arranged for a Wednesday pick-up and a delivery on Sunday. I was very surprised that I would be getting my car that quickly, especially since the pick-up was Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and the delivery was scheduled for Sunday of the Hoilday weekend. Wednesday morning I received an e-mail that the car had been picked up and was in transit. The schedule arrival day was Sunday, after Thanksgiving. On Saturday morning I received a phone call that the car was in Sacramento, a couple of hours from my house. The driver offered to deliver the car Saturday evening, put I had plans so we left the delivery for Sunday, as originally scheduled. The delivery went very smoothely, the driver was extremely professional and courteous. I was extremely pleased with the overall service of Express Auto Transport, and would highly recommend them for anybody that has a requirement of transporting a car.
