The overall experience with Express Auto Transport was positive. Their customer service was excellent: every call was answered promptly or returned in a timely manner and updates on the status of the order were honest and accurate. Note: the transport driver encountered problems with other orders and/or road conditions which delayed the pickup and delivery dates, which was understandable. Transport driver was professional, courteous, and the vehicle was delivered without damage. The transport fee was a great value, especially considering current gas prices. I would definitely use Express Auto Transport again and refer them to others.
