Bumpy experience but great customer service

The pick-up of the car caused some degree of anxiety and additional expense (car rental). But my customer service representative was always at hand to update me on the progress and did everything that she could to speed up the process.

Also, the delivery of the car did not go very smoothly. I was told by the dispatcher that the driver was reluctant to take his truck all the way to the final destination. After much hand wringing, he was persuaded to park his truck near a major highway and drive the car to its destination. The driver then had to be driven back to his truck almost 30 minutes away.

I realize the vagaries of the industry but this was not a stress-free experience. Had it not been for the wonderful customer service from Lynette Miller, I doubt I would use Auto Transport again. But if I can be guaranteed her service again, I would not hesitate.
