Vehicle Never Arrived

After waiting over 7 weeks for a vehicle transport, I have cancelled the contract and will obtain service with another company. I placed the initial order on June 26, 2008 and after two cancellations and many phone calls, I terminated the contract on August 21, 2008. I called on several occasions requesting to speak to a customer service supervisor and never received a return call or any communication from a supervisor.

I can not recommend this company relative to either customer service or the ability to perform to the specifications of a contract.
