Showed up at our dock with no Bill of Lading. We unloaded the three skids we were told were ours. Then waited while they emailed us a fuzzy copy of the bol. After all this time we signed and sent driver on his way only to find that there were supposed to be four skids. As we signed the BOL Estes accepts no responsibility and "doesn't have" our skid. The driver intentionally misled us and the company has no integrity to not even look in to $6700 of merchandise that just "disappeared". Will never accept another delivery from a company with such low standards.
