While their business might be thriving in the pandemic world we liven in, their drivers snd owners seem pretty casual about their deliveries. They were to call me before they delivered a 418 lb grill but instead they came without calling and left this heavy grill at a level below the driveway on the main house level. I now have to find some to move it to the right level. This may seem like a trivial issue but for me to move the grill to the driveway is a big problem. I spoke to 3 different people at Estes in Farmingdale NY including their manager and they could not care less. There were specific instructions for them to call me before delivery so I could have been here. If it was a small Amazon box it would not have mattered. The company has a "don't care" attitude for sure.
