We had a solid wood table picked up in good order by Estes. They dropped the pallet off in the customers driveway without notice and it was COMPLETELY DESTROYED. They denied our damage claim because the customer didn't sign or state there was damage at the time of delivery. All they do is destroy everything and then deny every claim you submit. DO NOT USE ESTES TO DELIVER ANYTHING
